Terms and Conditions
- Late / overdue pickups - 24 hours grace period applies on top of the original pickup time nominated during check in. Standard storage fees will apply to all overdue items and are payable on pickup.
- Full daily storage rates apply to stored items after the initial 24 hour grace period.
- Refunds do not apply for early pickups, flight cancellations, delays, change of personal circumstances and / or events beyond the control of PT Bali Luggage.
- All items not collected within 30 days of nominated pickup time/date will be disposed of.
- All items to be stored will be subject to security checks and/or explosives trace detection screening by our team members and/or the relevant security or local and federal patrolling agencies at the location.
- It is forbidden to post items that violate Indonesian law, such as Narcotics and similar goods. in the event of any breach and inspection or execution by PT Bali Luggage shall not be liable for the contents of such goods and shall deliver and be fully processed by law to the authorities pursuant to the laws of Indonesia
- PT Bali Luggage will assume no liability for items stored that are of extraordinary value including Cash, Jewellery, electronic equipment etc.
- All contents of goods that have been checked by our team will directly we provide protection with the approval of customers to avoid the loss / theft and damage, in case of damage / loss of goods after we give protection, we are not responsible for it & we will finish as per applicable law in Indonesia.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- Agreement of storage of goods with new customer for agreed upon grace period, if passed from the notification period during 2 months expiration of storage, we are entitled to auction / destroy according to procedure applicable at PT Bali Luggage
- By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Transaction Fees
This service is provided by PT Bali Luggage. Please note that the cardholders bank and / or card issuer may charge certain fees, including currency conversion fees, on the transaction which are beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Customer refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Customers can request a refund by contacting the following email address: refund@baliluggage.com and providing details of their claim for a refund. Supporting documentation may be requested to help assess whether a refund is warranted.
